A lukewarm and half empty cup of coffee still sits in front of the woman as she thumbs through a book. Right as her eyes graze the last line of the page, her thoughts shift away from the book. A smile graces her lips as she moves a hand to caress his arm. "Good morning, Cloud."

She hums lightly as she slowly closes the book with the opposite hand. Her eyes close for a moment with the peck on her cheek, signaling to her that it was time to release his arm for him to move freely. "Well enough. What about you? You're up awful early today."

"It's not like you to actually want to work. Should I be worried?" She gives a bit of a laugh, knowing completely that the statement is far from the truth. With a turn of her head to face him entirely, Tifa nods her head. "Sounds like a plan. Don't be long!"

"You're not telling me anything I don't already know. But, speaking of 'us,' do you want any help with it?" The book Tifa still holds in her hand could definitely wait. She didn't need to finish it right away. "The coffee's still on. I just made it a little while ago."

Tifa is never bothered by accompanying Cloud for deliveries. It's something to do, of course, and she's known for becoming restless when she isn't busy. "Was there a time where I did mind?" She gives a bit of a smile as she raises her own coffee mug to take another sip.

Before Tifa can reply, she has to laugh at the expression the blonde promptly forms after taking a sip of the coffee. "No, surely it doesn't. But, I have to ask... if you don't like coffee, why do you drink it? I think there are other things you can have with caffeine."

"How could I forget that you're far more picky than any old woman I've ever served in a bar." Tifa shrugs her shoulders with a bit of a smile. She finds it funny, but she supposes that she'll make iced coffee the next time. She can be nice... sometimes.

"You are definitely picky compared to others." She laughs again before tipping the cup back to finish the rest of her coffee. She didn't quite like it all of the time, but having a cup with a book in hand is always a pretty nice start to her morning.

Tifa forms an angled frown, although it was in good humor. Sure, perhaps she didn't have any room to talk. But the point was, they weren't talking about her... "Ah, but we're talking about you." The smile returns, and the book opens again. "Let me know when you're ready to go."
