Incredible work by Akaash Kumar, James Manton, @DeriveryLab and many others. Their modular multispectral imaging concept allows to record simultaneously up to 8 channels at high frame rates. We're happy that our SPY probes could complement the FP based multi-organelle tagging!

Don't miss this preprint from Akaash Kumar describing simultaneous 8 channel live cell imaging! It's super exciting to be able to use this system, with David Baker's minibinders, to image the highly dynamic process of endosomal sorting of multiple receptors at the same time!

This movie is top 5 favourites I've taken: many think of receptors as stagnant entities at the cell membrane. In fact, they are dynamically transported within the cell. Here we simultaneously image 5 receptor types endogenously using multispectral light sheet and protein binders!
