The front squat for many reasons has increasingly become my preferred bilateral squat:

▪️Less instances of low back issues
▪️Can still be loaded heavily
▪️Encourages neutral spine
▪️Safer option for a lot of lifters

We start by learning hands out/ then racking 2 fingers.
