Pembroke Hotel, #Southampton
This public house stood on the southeast side of Pembroke Square, immediately east of the Bargate.
Commonly called 'Kim's Kosy Korner', after one of its landlords, Charles Kimber.
Demolished in the 1930s when the Bargate Ring Road was constructed.
The last of the four funnel liners, RMS Aquitania leaves #Southampton , for the last time. She was scrapped in 1950 having served for 36 years.
