Pathologists! Check out this case of Dermatopathic lymphadenopathy (DL). Lots of Langerhans cells (LC), but it’s not LC histiocytosis, because the LC are in paracortex (not sinuses), they have a dendritic configuration, are MUM1+, and melanin is present. See PMID 35877199.
