So on May 20, if the US adequately promises no death penalty and to treat him as any American at a trial covered by the 1st Amendment, then extradition. If the US doesn’t want to or can’t provide those “assurances” then the Assange defense has a chance to appeal on 3 grounds.

Seattle! We're planning an emergency 'Free Assange' action on the 45th St overpass tomorrow evening in the event the court decides to extradite Julian.
