Great to get a second place podium finish in the London Big Half. First road race since the accident at Boston Marathon. Feels good to be back on the roads again. Next up The Great North Run.

After 12 years the Commonwealth Games are set to return to Glasgow in 2026. Would be amazing to compete for my country in my home city.
