I keep thinking . Are people of colour just gonna be cast in shows about specific cultural groups or indeed to add “ diversity” in some shows or are gonna get to a point where we can be all be just there and reflect the world as we see it where we exist . Casting announcements?

I went to Oxford, came from a working class background. I was told that I would graduate rich with lots of well connected friends, ended up poorer than I was when I went in, living with my parents, friendless. They literally despise working class people at Oxford, lol.

Their mindset is still the same today as it was years ago. Look around Black and Asian families fighting for justice which is their right but not given as they are not considered worthy of it

Make every single company receiving public funds for development / production/ distribution / sales / exhibition support from BFI, GSF, BBC and HMRC (yes so that’s you Tax Credit Inc IFTC) , advertise their jobs for 3 weeks minimum with salary clearly defined.
