Staff should be given time to delve into Digital Training - many of our case studies from staff who accessed one to one digital support have a much better relationship with Digital technology when given the tools and knowledge to do so 👏🏼🧡

Surprised Bob with a cake to thank him for being the original person at our Digital support sessions the the library! Bob said "If it wasn't for these sessions many people would be isolated and being stuck in a changing world. Now I have those skills and a network of friends"
