Hot take: Answering in a high level presentation: “I don’t know but I’ll get back to you.” Is a C- answer. Don’t fool yourself into thinking it’s acceptable. The real winners either: A) Are so ridiculously prepared they can answer any relevant question on the spot Or B)

They say your product has to be 10x better than the competitors to overcome switching costs. They should also say that if your product team leadership is focused on a particular direction, and your proposal is misaligned with that direction, your proposal must be 10x better
