How do you identify pangolins after they're released back into the wild? After Elf the pangolin was rehabilitated by Lilongwe Wildlife Trust, they used the harmless method of making small holes, a tiny 'bar code', to help them distinguish him & monitor his return to his natural habitat.
A bit camera shy, but this pangolin is ready for its grand re-entry into its forest home. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of Katala Foundation Inc., this Palawan pangolin is getting a second chance✨
Curled up and curious🌀 PCF Director Azza got to meet this little pangolin during one of her recent visits to our grantee Africa Nature Investors Africa Nature Investors Foundation
