Despite the heterogeneity of primary lesions, LN metastases were generally homogeneous, suggesting seeding from a single precursor subclone w/ metastatic potential. Further, higher histologic grade was NOT always associated the primary lesion most likely to metastasize.

It drives me crazy that many recent reports (ahem Retizus sparing) have moved the incontinence goalpost to be 0-1 pads. If you’re 6 or 12 months out and buying/wearing any pads you have clinically meaningful UI IMHO.
