Housing - unaffordable & inaccessible Life-sustaining healthcare - rapidly eroding to nil Income - desperation levels of poverty The one thing that this country's govts have cooperated to rapidly rollout, fully fund & make highly accessible to disabled people is MAiD.

Canada plans to be barrier-free by 2040. Ontario's AODA was supposed to make Ont accessible by 2025, but is dismally failing, & has disability supports that are approx 50% below the poverty line. Canada's current solution for the suffering systemic ableism causes? Track2 MAiD.

DWD are all about ableist eugenics couched in co-opted human rights language and fake compassion. The millions they've spent on marketing misinfo have dominated discourse. So many lives are being lost to preventable causes, largely thanks to them promoting death instead of life.

Unfortunately HEPAs alone do NOT clear VOCs from AXE & other toxic fragrances. Activated carbon is needed for that. Also, people with MCS/ES have been trying to get the toxic fragrances out of class (& other) air for decades, mostly unsuccessfully. Source control is needed.

People already invested countless hours of unpaid labour on this file, & the Liberals, after promising to lift disabled people out of poverty, ignored all of it to make a totally insulting offer that is driving people to solo or assisted suicide... What more do they need to know?

One of my favorite tv shows was Eli Stone, who represented underdogs. I don't think Wade's office breaks out in song & dance, but we do need decent lawyers representing marginalized people. The government needs to answer for denying human rights to disabled people. Thoughts?

This gov't needs to take a deep dive into understanding, & dismantling ableism. Maybe they could start with learning about it from some actual disabled people who haven't internalized the ableism. Systemic ablesim & killing disabled people (T2MAiD) is not a good "evolved"...

Systemic ableism 2024... Pretty much what the Canadian government is doing if you happen to be disabled and can't work due to disability, and/or systemic access barriers. ps Anyone can become disabled at anytime... Ableism won't save you...

Seems pretty clear to anyone who has been following Track2 MAiD since before Bill C7... If you are disabled, it's almost impossible to access suicide prevention care, basic needs & services, but accessing MAiD can be super easy, it's even offered... #SuicidePrevention T2 #MAiD
