The agreement to sell F-16s to Türkiye represents a model of bipartisan cooperation in the United States Congress. It speaks to Türkiye’s vital role in NATO and the importance of the U.S.-Türkiye relationship.

Kudos to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee Leadership for working together on a bipartisan basis. NATO is stronger because of your efforts.
