It's ok to admit these two things are both true at the same time: 1. It's heartbreaking and unacceptable that Donald Trump was once again the target of political violence. 2. No leader has done more to inspire and endorse political violence than Donald Trump.

This election means the world for girls in America. Not only because we have the chance to elect our first female President, but because it is a decision between a future that empowers girls, or one that tears them down.

Senate Republicans just blocked a bill to protect access to IVF nationwide. They made clear — again — that they will not protect access to the fertility treatments many couples need to fulfill their dream of having a child.

This makes his overall platform (a) even more fiscally irresponsible and (b) even more regressive. But there is consistency at least; each step is meant to weaken the income tax take (TCJA tax cut extensions, no tax on tips/overtime, no tax on SS, full SALT deduction). What next?
