Per tradition, I will be sharing sneak previews of senior AP art portfolios each day leading up to J.M. Atherton High School 's annual art show! Maggie Barnett's work blends self-portraits& architecture to explore her life journey, & reflect on the foundations she has built along the way.

Through vivid colors and expressive lines, Shi Hardin's portfolio explores a wide range of addictions ranging from sugar, caffeine, and substance abuse. Their work offers a poignant reflection on the destructive power of dependency, also hinting at the possibility for healing.

Celia Mendez-Crowder's portfolio intricately weaves together the celestial allure of the moon with self-discovery. She explores themes of being lost, navigating who she is, and gaining insight and creativity. Come see more J.M. Atherton High School s Annual Art Fest this Thurs. 5-6p !
