Many counties in Utah are expecting excessive heat warnings this weekend. To stay safe in the extreme temperatures be sure to drink lots of fluids, stay in the air conditioning or shade, wear loose fitting clothing, and be cautious when exercising and working outside.

With June coming to a close, we are excited about our upcoming events in July. On July 19th and 20th we will be attending the CARE fair, where lots of other community resources will be in attendance providing care and services for attendees. We hope to see you there!
