Another excellent HN trial at #ASTRO23, phase 3 HYPNO evaluating hypofractionated RT in LA HNSCC vs accelerated CRT. 55Gy/20 vs 66Gy/33. Results demonstrate non-inferior LRC and grade 3+ toxicity. Great data to have for patients requiring shorter courses of RT. Shlomo Koyfman
