Saw an awful Mattress Firm commercial just now. A woman driving her giant SUV on the freeway shoulder to beat congestion, and then is blocking an ambulance, 'ok, I'm moving, ha ha ha.' Bad, often dangerous, driving behavior is so normalized in our country. It's ridiculous.

*sigh* It seems that, in an attempt to counter consumer concerns about power and range, #EV advertising has gone all in on advertising that further sells speed, dominance, and false promises of traffic-free roads. Sure would love if we regulated this stuff.
