Trading update at 7am today: I am immensely pleased to say, we’re outperforming the market across all three of our revenue streams; lettings, sales and financial services. Trading is comfortably in line with expectations for the full year, so far. Huge thanks to all concerned.

Two corporate acquisitions completed in the last few weeks, including one today. Both on the FS side. 40 more advisers. Franchisee-led acquisitions are also on track this year, and lots of opportunities for all concerned. Full story on our two latest acquisitions:

Scrapped: the requirement to ensure all rental properties have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of grade C or higher, from 2025. In theory, this will eventually make it a little easier for tenants to find rental properties, as supply will increase, albeit slowly. Article:
