The #DHBenelux 2024 opening session started with words of welcome by Leah Budke, Geert Brône Brône, Hilde Van Kiel & Tom Gheldof (CLARIAH-VL coordinator Letteren KU Leuven) on behalf of the #DHBenelux PC. We’re looking forward to 3 interesting days at the beautiful (sold-out) Irish College!
Looking back at a very interesting 1st day of #DHBenelux2024, we’ve enjoyed the keynote from Dr. Katarzyna Anna Kapitan about 'Medievalist in the Loop: Putting the Humanities back into the Digital Humanities'

The #DARIAH2024 Annual Event kicked off this morning Nova Universidade de Lisboa with an intriguing keynote by Prof. Meredith Martin (Meredith Martin). She questioned in "Worked Up About Data: Meditations on Data Work for the Humanities", the role of books and why data is so controversial!
In one of the afternoon parallel sessions, Sally Chambers (Sally Chambers) is involved in a panel 'Discussing SSH Open Marketplace Workflows: User Experiences, Editorial Policy and Future Development' with some lively discussions about best practices #DARIAH2024
