A story worth sharing: Twelve years ago, Brian joined my first presidential campaign. Two years ago, he was diagnosed with ALS and launched I AM ALS to find a cure. Brian and Sandra wake up every day believing that we can win this fight—and that makes me hopeful, too.

Just had my last #HIV clinic of ID fellowship, filled with lots of hugs and tears with my patients. So lucky to be an HIV primary care provider, it’s definitely the best job in medicine #HIVTreatmentWorks #idtwitter
