Butch and Suni returning home on Crew-9 is unfortunate but the right thing to do. I’ve always been rooting for Starliner to succeed and will continue to do so. Let’s stop trying to pit different agencies and companies against one another. We’re all on the same team.

My take-home from this mission is that NASA now has options for getting crew to and from space, and they can afford to be conservative — like choosing to bring crew home another way even if the risks are low — because those options exist. 🏆 for the commercial crew program.
