🇦🇲🇦🇿Azerbaijan’s MoD claim that #Armenian AF fired on #Azerbaijani positions in SW part of the #border on August 18th at 7:30 p.m. does not reflect the truth. The Armenian PM’s Office has proposed joint 🇦🇲-🇦🇿 mechanism to investigate ceasefire violations and/or related cases.

🇦🇲🇫🇷 On Aug 23, Def Min of #Armenia, Suren Papikyan, received the Ambassador of #France to 🇦🇲, Olivier Decottignies. Discussions focused on #defence coop btwn 🇦🇲&🇫🇷, upcoming joint initiatives, & reforms within the Armenian AF, including collaborative programs with 🇫🇷.

🇦🇲🇦🇿 The #Azerbaijani MoD's claim that on Aug 28 at 06:45 a.m., #Armenian AF fired at 🇦🇿 positions in the SW part of the #border is false. Of note: The Armenian PM's office has proposed a joint 🇦🇲-🇦🇿 mechanism to investigate #ceasefire violations &/or related incidents.

🇦🇲🇦🇿The MoD of #Azerbaijan has once again spread #disinformation. The claim that #Armenian AF fired on AZ positions on Aug 28 at 6:30 p.m. is false. Of note:The PM's office of🇦🇲has proposed a joint🇦🇲-🇦🇿mechanism to investigate #ceasefire violations; however,AZ has yet to reply.

🇦🇲🇬🇪 On Sept 2, w/ the framework of the #official_visit to #Georgia, a welcoming ceremony was held at the MoD of 🇬🇪 MOD Georgia, featuring a guard of honor & a military band. The national anthems of both countries were played.

🇦🇲🇬🇪1/2: Following the welcoming ceremony at the #Georgian MoD, MOD Georgia,held a private conversation w/the Defence Minister of 🇬🇪,which continued w/expanded delegations. Highlighted the activation& enhancement of military education coop,&the importance of long-term reg #peace.

🇦🇲🇬🇪During my official visit to #Georgia, I visited Heroes Square, laid a wreath at the memorial & paid tribute to the memory of the victims.

🇦🇲🇬🇪1/3: As part of my official visit to #Georgia,met w/PM of🇬🇪,Irakli Kobakhidze.Irakli Kobakhidze The Ambassador of #Armenia to 🇬🇪, A.Smbatyan, also attended. We emphasized the strategic relations btwn🇦🇲&🇬🇪, highlighting the effectiveness of regular HL contacts btwn delegations.
