Spent the day watching RBs w/o combine invitation. Best of the bunch? SMU RB Xavier Jones. 5’11 208 (no pro day) Excellent vision, balance and toughness. Lacks elite top speed. Reliable in pass game.

I've liked Xavier Jones and his talent since the day Spring High won an amazing shootout against Midway in Bryan 46-45 in 2014. Jones got the best of eventual SMU teammate Ben Hicks with 336-yards rushing on 34-carries and 4-TD's.
