Imagine, not to change the world, but to have fun.

It does not matter if the physical manifestation never actualizes; you are enjoying doing the visualizations.

If you focus to change what other people think or the environment, then you will not be very motivated to focus. If you focus just to feel good and that is it, the motivation to focus will come easily to you.

The reason you resist mentally visualizing is because you want to enhance your physical senses, not minimize them.

Your emotions come in response to physical senses!

What evokes the emotions is the physical sensations. That is why you want to control physical reality so badly, because your emotions come in direct response to the senses that you live physically. This is the key to making your visualizations elicit emotional reactions from you.

What you observe does not have to be what you focus on.

If you think with the intent of controlling outside people or circumstances, you will be very disappointed, because you are attempting to exert a control that you do not have in actuality.

In your desire and quest to have other people approve of you, you lose touch with your freedom, because you have no control over what someone else thinks. So, while it is understandable to desire connections with others, seeking it instead of letting it find you is disempowering.

It is not necessarily prudent to focus on what you want. It is necessarily prudent to focus on what causes you to feel good when you focus on it.

Just hector you feel bad does not mean that you have to feel weak.

Focus, even if you do not think that focusing deliberately will bring you the external result that you want. Focusing freely and intentionally will definitely bring you the internal, or the emotional result that you want.

Being online, being in nature, being with people, being alone, none of these things should be your focus. Your focus should be on whether or not you are being fulfilled. Nature and being with other people can be toxic and being online and being alone can be rejuvenating.

There are people who make you feel good just by being physically near them.

You cannot control it, but it cannot control your focus, either.

You might not always be able to feel loved, but you are always about to feel powerful, because you can focus at any time.

Regardless of what you want, it is what you feel that is the reality, not what you think.

Just because something does not feel good does not mean that it has to dictate your focus.

You will never be aware of your power if you choose to observe rather than to focus.

Someone else's perspective about you or about anything does not have to dictate your focus.
