We can't check in on line for our flight from Warsaw to Heathrow tomorrow. It looks like British Airways has overbooked the flight again. This is the second time in a month!
We submitted a simple complaint to British Airways 7 weeks ago and have still not received a substantive reply. Why does it take so long and how can it be escalated?
