During the event,NOKS of Martyr,Plan India,will be visited by NCC OffrsPermanentInstructorStaff&CdtofthestateDirectorates. Approx 500 NOKs will be presented the Plaque of Gratitude on 26 Jan 2022 coinciding with the Hon'ble PM paying homage to Shaheed at the National War Memorial
