8.2 mile run 🏃🏽‍♀️ followed by 2 loops of the incline to get in some hill workout. Now I get to mow the yard. 🙄

3 mile run this morning. I had no idea where I was going but I found the Boston strong ducks 🦆 ☺️

It was not a good day for me. I was in a dark place the last half of the race, but I somehow got it done. In April 2008, I set a goal to run the World Majors. Today: Mission Accomplished!

First run 🏃🏽‍♀️ since Boston. I chose the hilly route 🙄 3.1 miles to start the day.

Finally something good to see today ... when the mother goat kisses the man for helping her baby ❤️‍🩹...

Not a great run but it was the first time I was able to run since Monday. I had several lesions taken off my legs and top of my foot that are being tested for cancer that I had to wait a few days for them to heal up a bit before trying to run again. #🏃‍♀️🇩🇪

Ugh. My legs were more sore today than yesterday. I almost did not run. 🏃🏽‍♀️ I went really slow.

I had my first road cycling class this morning. Things did not go as planned. I hit the ground twice. First knee picture is what it looked like when I finished. Second photo is 2 hours later. Sigh. I have not run since last Sunday due to a hole in my foot where they removed
