Today we bid farewell to our Chief of Staff, Major General Kevin Copsey OBE. He joined the Royal Engineers in 1987 as a Sapper. 35 years later he leaves as a Major General. A truly outstanding career in the British Army 🇬🇧 👏. We all wish you luck in your future endeavours.

A team deployed to Sudan to conduct urgent airfield damage repair as part of the UK Joint Task Force. The airfield was being used to evacuate Entitled People by multiple nations. This is the first time Airfield Damage Repair has conducted on Operations since the Falklands War.
