Official time and splits are in. I'm immensely proud of that run, the holy grail of a negative split marathon. The result is in my name, but was without a doubt a team effort over 16 weeks of training. Grateful to every one of the lads and what they have added to the experience

Scotland has been kind to me the last 2 weekends. A marathon medal last week in Edinburgh, and 2 silver medals from a marathon day of competing today in Dundee 🥋 My attention now turns back from running to karate fully, and hopefully progress can be made as the year goes on.
