Overwhelmed to receive the 2022 President’s Award from the Scottish Motor Trade Association at the annual Awards Dinner tonight. I never ever expected to be honoured in this way with this prestigious award.

Unfortunately didn’t manage to lift the trophy Car Dealer Mag last night to add to our collection, well done to Spencer’s MOT and Service Centre, Norwich on your award.

5 applications (since 13th November) to arrange a BT phone & broadband line. I book the install and the application falls off their system with no notification from @bt-uk. “House doesn’t exist” “your pole is in our garden”. Can someone from the communication world help

I’m now on to another round of cancelled phone orders with BT . For a communication company your systems are a total failure. I welcome your comments !

No one at bt is taking ownership of this issue, I get apologies from your team, it’s is action that I am looking for!

Can someone contact me please BT. I am at my wits end with cancelled orders for a broadband line, I’ve lost count of the number of applications.

When BT promise they will contact me with an order update and don’t communicate!! I know they are going to say contact the help line !

Another failed appointment with @bt. I know your reply will be for me to contact your customer service team. 11 weeks in with many many failed orders.

Another day, another phone call that @bt failed to make despite promises to keep me informed………. I know “best to contact customer services”
