Thank you to everyone that attended, asked questions and engaged in our #CCR24 presentation. It was exciting to unveil the results and show how early cycling in the ICU can give patients a head start on their road to recovery. #ICURehab CCCTG The Research Institute of St. Joe's Hamilton McMaster School of Rehabilitation Science

Amazing work by Alexis Turgeon and many other CCCTG colleagues. No statistically significant difference in the primary outcome, but secondary outcomes (eg FIM score) seem to favour liberal transfusion) #CCR24

A bit of chat at #CCR24 yesterday about RAR - and I expect we may get some more this morning. I’d really recommend reading this balanced review by Sofia S. Villar and colleagues at MRC Biostatistics Unit projecteuclid.org/journals/stati…

Significant reduction in clinically- and patient-important bleeding with pantoprazole vs. placebo. This is the 3rd CCCTG led study presented at #CCR24. Congrats Dr. Deb Cook and the rest of the #REVISEstudy team! 🇨🇦

I’m not sure if anyone from CIHR-ICRH | L'ISCR des IRSC has noticed, but 3/14 landmark, practice-changing studies at this incredible international conference have been led/co-led by 🇨🇦 investigators #CCR24 #REVISEtrial #CYCLEtrial #HEMOTIONtrial

At #CCR24 last week one method that came up was the #SlidingDichotomy method. But what is it and when might it be useful? 1/9 #MethodologyMonday #92
