Fantastic rehearsals yesterday- percussion group and year 10 vocal group before school, orchestra at lunchtime then a 2hr rehearsal for the school production of Chess after school. Lots of amazing things happening! 11 tickets left for the concert on 4th. LC

During the past 7 weeks worth of assemblies, a range of musicians have been performing as students come into the hall. We’ve had Ethan (yr10), Robyn (yr 12) Lillith (Yr7), Lucy (Yr13) - next up will be Lily (yr 10) Head Teacher commendations for all of them! It’s been lovely! LC

It’s concert week! We are sold out and excited to welcome you all to celebrate all of our students’ hard work this term. Licensed bar and a raffle on the night too! Let’s get the festive season started. LC

What a lovely afternoon welcoming alumni Charlie back to do some acting coaching with our leads in our school production. Currently playing one of the lead roles in London in ‘Witness for the prosecution’ we really appreciate you giving up your time Charlie! LC

Well it’s almost a wrap! One more event at Zeo Church on Sunday and then the music department is done for the festive period. Thank you to each and every musician for everything they’ve done this past few weeks! We are so proud! LC

A wonderful way to end the term- discovering that Ruby (yr 13) has been offered a place at Royal Northern College of Music to study vocals (pop) next year. We are so proud of her! Fingers crossed Lucy heads good news about her Cambridge interview earlier this week to also study music :) LC

Very proud of our students who sang with ‘the big sing’ at Zeo Church this afternoon and this evening. Here are a few snippets! It was a brilliant event! Thank you Zeo Church for inviting by us! LC
