I just tried booking a rental car from both Budget and Thrifty, and both added ~$150 to the final price above what was shown before I clicked the reserve button. Have others experienced this? Is this what happens now?

I think this provision would allow the White House to reorganize the entire government into a single agency run by a single Senate-confirmed official, making every other position not subject to Senate confirmation. Without Congress's sign-off.
