We are so proud of our first cast and their production of Brainstorm tonight! They made us laugh out loud and brought most of the audience to tears. A fantastic show made even more special by the fact it was many of our cast’s first time on the stage! Now for show two tomorrow!

Velocity Dance Performance Company started learning 'Step in Time' today for Towers Performing Arts Towers School Mary Poppins show. They had so much fun, it is going to be amazing, what a talented group of dancers 🤩

What an exciting week we have ahead of us! Six of our finest backstage team are off for a residential with the The RSC as part of their Next Generation Backstage programme- the itinerary looks so incredible that we are still in disbelief… 1/2

We have 100 primary school children with us to watch our Gold Arts Award cohort’s performance of our 37 Plays Project & we are visiting @JVCompany TWICE to watch their new production Alice! We also continue or rehearsals of Mary Poppins and our Connections show! #busymuch 2/2

It’s been a fantastic start to our time in Stratford Upon Avon- our first residential since before the pandemic! Our lucky six are very excited for the coming days and their work with the @rsc Next Generation Backstage programme! #ProudToBeTowers

Helen Amass I’ve been running cheer at Towers School in Ashford, Kent for 12 years. I got nearly 100 students in years 7-13 training across 3 teams. We compete at schools competitions and sometimes all star competitions. It’s such an amazing sport to have in schools.

Proud to be Towers Christmas Celebration is sadly postponed this evening. We look forward to seeing everyone on Thursday 12th January instead.
