Always volunteer when a German friend asks for help moving house. There's something glorious about arriving at 8am, ready for furniture lugging, only to be handed a Bretzl and a bottle of beer. The beers also make heaving that couch down the stairs all the more exciting.

Not everyone can simply get outside for mental health. It's interesting watching this back; recently I've struggled to get outside due to parenting exhaustion & postpartum pain. Consequently, that has led to a bit of a downward spiral in my mental health. No shame.

Postcard from Sisimiut yesterday morning. The big hulk of Nasaasaaq (784m) looms over the town.

Can anyone identify which animal these prints belong to? Spotted in the Bavarian alps around Lenggries, around 5cm diameter at the widest part. The space between the first and second prints is approx 1m. There are loads of foxes in the area, but that must have been a big fox?

Is it because there are too many men with fragile egos running countries?
