A true test of whether I'm doing something good is if it's inconvenient for me.

When I'm trying to accomplish something and get wrapped up in my emotions, what helps centre me is to remind myself to focus on what I'm trying to get done. Just pause and say to myself "what am I trying to accomplish here?" and it helps me settle

I've been wrong too many times to be certain about anything. Can be confident and not certain.

In dynasty, building value is imperative but at some point it has to translate to points. It can be easy for me to lose sight of that.

For trading, if I make a move for the future, I can't assume that at a later date I can easily trade away that asset at their market value at that time. It's a hope, not an assumption.

It's pretty dope that my nervous system has been relatively calm and regulated for a while now and that I've been thinking through my actions much better. I feel much more stable and in control. The fight or flight response is significantly less sensitive now. 🥳

I've been noticing that lately I've been much more self assured and am better staying true to myself 🥳
