Last night I completed my 2022 NHS staff survey for University Hospital Southampton 💙. The voice of our people counts and these results shape the actions we take at corporate and local level. Our UHS people strategy has been rooted in the things that are important to the UHS family. We need your voice.

Visitor restrictions are in place across our hospitals again due to the rapid rise in patients testing positive for COVID-19 and staff off sick as a result. Our Patient Support Hub (UHS Patient and Family Support Hub) can support you and your loved ones in a variety of ways during this time.

Three weeks into the new job and my gosh it’s exciting 🤓 I’ve started work at the Co-Lead @thepillaruk We’re qualified professionals who are equipping churches to deliver mental health support for young people. We launch in Totton, Southampton in September. 🙌🏼

Have loved the last month- policy making, governance finalising, social media, comms, networking, project management…AND I get paid to worship and pray….what life is this!?
