Galandi Tony Kiire Isaac Ssemakadde Judiciary Uganda ECCMIS is not yet ready. Apparently, not all documents have been uploaded there. While proceeding, there is always need to refer to previous records and documents that are not on ECCMIS. That is why the physical files should not be abandoned just yet.
