Tony lifts heavy things & tells people to do the same at CORE, his gym in Boston. He writes stuff, eats cheese, & practices his light saber skills. Like a boss.

I work with a lot of aged meat heads & runners and I’ve found Tom’s info on knee rehab and “return to activity” very useful. I was more than happy to purchase his new product. You gotta lift shit to fix shit.

I need to bring back another “30 Days” series. 30 Days of
 - Trainable menu solutions (training around injuries)? - Squats? - Getting strong & jacked? - Keto recipes that taste like sawdust?

I wish the industry as a whole would do less “catastrophizing” & nitpicking of movement patterns that may or may not be bad or dysfunctional (đŸ€·) and work more on encouraging people to lift some appreciable weight (within their means, of course) You gotta lift shit to fix shit.

My top “supplements”: 1. Going the fuck to bed. 2. Ample calories to support my training & recovery. 3. Kitty cuddles. 4. Protein powder, fish oil, creatine.

It’s been awhile since a movie has stuck around in my mind and made a lasting impression on me. The Zone of Interest wasn’t an easy movie to watch for obvious reasons, but since watching it yesterday it’s had a hold on my thoughts like nothing I’ve seen in recent memory.

Any opinions or thoughts on Bells of Steel? I'm thiiis close to making my equipment purchase for the expanded Core Collective and just doing some last minute comparisons (on quality & price) compared to Rogue. I'm intrigued.

Gym ownership woesâ€ŠđŸ€Š We moved into our new Core Collective location three months ago, and it’s been going swimmingly, except

one of my neighbors (upstairs) is complaining about the noise via med ball floor stomps. Does anyone have suggestions on pads to “absorb” noise?

Any thoughts or insights on the PowerDot 2.0? Is it worth getting for recovery purposes? Any feedback (positive or negative) appreciated. (alternative suggestions also welcome!)

Need some help finding a good physical therapist or clinic in the Chicago area. I have a colleague who’s looking for one for one of their client’s kid. 🙏🙌

A little help. Anyone know of any medicine balls out there (or anything similar in the 4-8lb range) that are covered in foam to help with noise & vibration reduction? I don’t think this sort of thing exists, but maybe somewhere out there? USA? Germany? Minas Tirith?
