Just finishing up Culture Defeats Strategy. Was concerned at the outset that it might be hs football-centric, but there is enough material here with broad appeal to recommend the book. Particularly good in the areas of anecdotal examples and emphasizing grit and competition.

Sporting St. Croix Academy 2001 Boys improved to 7-0-0 in ENPL play with a 3-2 win over Waukesha and a 4-0 win over Madison this weekend. The boys need one win in their final two matches to qualify for ENPL regionals in San Diego.
