Anti-jetlag.

One of the best things to happen in the UK during my lifetime is the creation of parkrun UK. Had another lovely chat with its founder Paul Sinton-Hewitt while he was volunteering at Cranleigh parkrun yesterday and it was great to see the juniors out in force at Knowle Park this morning.

Runners have flown in from Britain and beyond to join him on the final leg today in Tunisia

A big new attendance record for parkrun Deutschland this morning, passing 3,000 finishers for the first time.

one of the many things I love about parkrun UK is even if you miss a few months, you can rely on it always being there. Same warm welcome, catch up with old friends. meet new tourists (lads from on tour from Halifax). Inspired to see Janet in blue…..(one of the originals!)
