U.S. Department of Education Count yourself lucky. Some student loan borrowers were never told of forgiveness options for public service. Currently the U.S. Department of Education does not seem to care to give borrowers any path to have this malfeasance investigated.

What is especially frustrating, and this coming from a life long Democratic supporter, is that there is NOTHING coming from Joe Biden where individual students can submit the fact of their case for review to address predatory lender practices.

Especially since it appears there will be no mechanism for student debtors who have been victims of predatory student loan collection activity to have their individual cases heard by someone other than the collection entity. Joe Biden Elizabeth Warren

I wish President Biden and Secretary Miguel Cardona and Elizabeth Warren would understand that there was a pattern of predatory collection practices that led to these result as show below. Debtors must have a mechanism to bring these injustices in full view.
