Neighborhood Action Unit & Downtown Portables conducted a bike safety enforcement operation last night in the Downtown neighborhood. This operation resulted in the confiscation of 11 bikes & 1 juvenile arrest. The LPD will be conducting similar operations in the coming weeks.
