Interesting to see more reports on Russian recruitment problems. Before August there was ironclad believed that Russia recruited 35k people a month

if this is a sea drone and not downed debris etc it should worry Russia that it came this close in broad daylight.

Honestly I’d go one further. Expand it to all 211 teams. You could do the group stages locally/regionally for logistical reasons. Best 32 teams from the group stage make it through to the ‘finals’. Then hold that in one country with a group stage/knockouts. Everybody wins 🙃
