Been a feature on OpenAI API for a year but it’s great to see it coming to local models! You could build and sell your own GenAI API or just a regular API but backed by intelligence ollama.com/blog/structure…

The ChatGPT Mac app is killer If you’re an iOS dev you know that GitHub Copilot is limited vs its VS Code counterpart in that it lacks the chat feature But ChatGPT Mac more than makes up for it as it can watch your Xcode instance and pair w you! openai.com/chatgpt/deskto…

Now Grok is free I thought I’d try it out for getting the latest stock news and it is great for pulling in not just ppl tweeting but websites too Though idk how it picks who and what tweets to source and how efficient it is at picking reliable content 🤔 x.com/i/grok/share/4…

This looks pretty awesome and powerful, its on my list to try out! Could mean we are closer to engineers moving away from the interface towards just working on the business logic like in the gaming industry 🤔 Anyone had a chance to try this out yet? createwithplay.com/play-to-xcode

Useful to start thinking about the UX of the agentic web and the shift away from static interfaces to dynamic autonomous workflows as a software engineer 🤖 #genai #aiagents nextsteps.dev/posts/microsof…

Some serious hype: The next 10 years will the decade of general purpose robotics, mark my words! 🤖 I do generally agree with reindustrialising but I believe that the factory of the (mid?) 2030s will be fully autonomous go.mindtheproduct.com/mtp-building-r…

This is as close as it gets to Apple admitting defeat when it comes to catching up with GenAI. Though, I think it’s the right move: they focus up on great UX (what they historically do well) and marry it up with a great 3rd party GenAI tool (like to their Google Search deal)

One of the key points Bob makes that I had already internalised but not heard articulated until this ep is that: To not get steamrolled by a frontier lab, a product needs to augment the capabilities of the base model, falling outside it podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/tra…

Over the weekend I found quite a powerful AI workflow that helps me build detail rich projects in Things (Things) using the Things URL scheme - all this was generated by a prompt!
