Something amazing just happened. Recently a raw tape of John Lennon’s final live performance on A Salute to Sir Lew has been discovered at the British Film Institute. It contained an entire unseen performance of Stand By Me. We have a 15 second clip for now🥹🥹🥹 Woww

At the John Lennon memorial the entire audience sang what I can best transcribe as “Anolayrishidgadbleeblujegoud” from Don’t Let Me Down lol

In a rare clip from 1966, The Who covered The Beach Boys' hit 'Barbara Ann' with drummer Keith Moon nailing Brian Wilson's iconic falsetto. 🤯 No instruments were harmed during the performance of this song.
