The 2023 WA #CAHS symposium has started with a session chaired by Stephen Stick and #Respiratory emerging leaders Wal-yan Respiratory Research Centre!
Another star in the making, Sam Hodgson presenting at the #CAHS symposium on the #AERIAL study. Part of the Origins Project birth cohort, we are determining the role of the in-utero environment in #epithelial development and mechanisms underlying early onset lung disease.
We are Wal-yan Respiratory Research Centre – we have a united goal to prevent childhood #respiratory illness & ensure all children have healthy #lungs for life. At our scientific retreat we’re excited to discuss current respiratory research projects, future collaborations & new ideas & opportunities.
Thanks to ABC News for the opportunity to talk about #AI and its role in our new asthma drug development. This research would not be possible without Yuliya Karpievitch and her AI Team at the Wal-yan Respiratory Research Centre telethonkids. Fantastic team to collaborate with!
Well done Emma Catchpole on your great talk about epithelial repair in asthma. So proud of you! Tom Iosifidis Wal-yan Respiratory Research Centre #tsanzsrs2024
