Sources: Inter Miami has signed midfielder David Ruiz to a contract extension. Ruiz has missed time this year with injury but is back in training and will play a role over the second half of the year. Ruiz still has ambitions to go to Europe in the future.

Charlotte FC obviously in the market for a new striker this summer and have an open DP spot to do so. Getting this sorted early is best for Agyemang to have a full preseason with Derby + good for Charlotte to go full focus into search. MLS summer window open July 24 - Aug 21
